So i had a UTI for a little and i started to get this pain in my side right below my lungs. And i went to a doctors appointment and they said i had a trace of blood in my urine. I’m not sure she prescribed me for the kidney problem or the UTI but i don’t feel pain when i pee anymore. Its just i have this sharp and aching pain in my side and i want it to go away! will advil work is there other things i can do to sooth it? Thanks

I recently went for my annual pap, my urine sample showed a trace of blood. They sent me to a Urologist for further testing. When the Urologist did a urine sample, blood was present at a level 1 (4 being the worst). I was sent to the hospital for an x-ray to see if it’s a kidney stone, nothing showed. He "felt around" and didn’t find any lumps, says he doesn’t think it’s any kind of growth because I’m 29 and a non-smoker. Now he wants to run another test, which involves running a tube up to my bladder to see if anything is going on. My only symptom is that a urinate a little more frequently than usual. The problem is I don’t have any insurance, and these office visits and tests are ridiculous costs. What should I do, keep going or just forget it? Any kinds of natural cures for clearing out your urine stream?
