Dissolve and pass your kidney stones pain free

Have you ever heard of this diet???? 1 pack of cigarettes and a 2 liter soda per day plus a few light snacks and 1 meal???
Your thoughts??? What are the medical complications that this may cause other than cancer and kidney stones, and urinary tract infections??
Before you answer, this is not my diet and I Donot intend on trying it!!
Can eating a lot of chocolate cause a kidney stone? I drink a lot of water and no dark soda but I have a horrible diet (candy, greasy food, junk food..) Can this be the reason I have one or is it something else? Also do they have anything that can break one up to help you pass it? I was in the hospital Monday morning and they told me I have a 6mm stone which I found out is about as big as they get, but they just told me I could have surgery or go home with pain meds. I chose to go home but now I think I’m going to end up back in the hospital with the same agonizing pain and have to have surgery anyway. What is the likelihood I will pass it on my own? It still hurts…not as bad, but getting worse again by the day. I wish they would have gave me more info when I was in there.
also I have no insurance, so a follow up with a urologist is not possible. I don’t have the amount of money they want up front.
~*~H~*~ : the dust part is wrong…..most kidney stones are caused by too much meat, calcium, soda, or salt. (but im wondering if it can also be from any deseases)
i’ve noticed that any time i drink soda i feel a lot of dull throbbing on the right side of my kidney the same goes for if i add additional salt to any mean – does anyone know why this would be??
