I am a 24 year old female, who is generally healthy. I am usually not sick that often; however, lately I’ve been so tired. I have always enjoyed sleeping and require quite a bit of sleep. I can get 7-9 hours of sleep a night, which should be plenty for someone of my age and health; however, I’m so tired. I feel like I only got about 3 hours of sleep. I work alot (fulltime 40 hours per week and teach dance parttime 3 nights a week), so that keeps me busy…but even so, why would I be so tired all the time? Are there any vitamins that I could take that would help? Any diet suggestions? I am within a normal weight, am active…but I know I could be eating better. Not that I’m eating horrible foods for me, but just not foods with tons of nutrients I’m sure. Also, a week and a half ago I had a kidney stone for the first time, of which I’m contributing to what I’m eating, and lack of water.

What are your suggestions?
I just thought I should add. I sleep go to bed around 10-11:30pm and wake up between 6:30-7am. I work a normal 8-5 day. Three nights a week I teach dance from 6-9pm too. So, I am on a normal sleeping schedule. Even on the weekends. I generally feel better with about 10 hours of sleep, but I can’t ever get that many. Thank you for the vitamin suggestions. I might see a dietician at my gym about my diet too…I know I should be getting more protein.

I started working out and i was asked to take protein (twice of my Weight) So i started taking protein in all meals (20 Eggs + chicken) a day with (Protein & less carbs however after 1 month i replaced egg intake with whey protein 5 scoops a day which was twice of my weight) i got amazing changes in my body. However 1 day i had terrible pain in stomach consulted by Dr. and got to know i have 16 stones in and around kidney. starting from 4mm,5mm,7mm 10mm, 15 mm and so on..

I was told by the Dr it is because of taking to much of protein in your diet. However after now i have started going to gym again and i have been asked not to take protein in my meals can any one suggest me what shall i do? is there any replacement of protein which i can take for gaining muscles ???

(I have managed to get rid of 12 stones out of 16 however the remaining one are big 16 Mm these are CALICUT & OXIDE stones)

My little Maggie is having surgery for 2 large Kidney Stones.
The vet said her white blood count is really high also her protein is high.
He put her on Hills C/D prescription food.
Does anyone know is this the best you can get for her condition?
Also what causes the stones?
I already talk to the vet, wanted to see if anyone else has gone through this and what they used.
The vet told me this is just something that happens, they don’t really know why.
