If a kidney stone stops moving and the pain stops does that mean that it will start up again and be just as painful again?

I had extreme pain on Wednesday and was discharged from the hospital 24 hours later. I never passed it. I only have mild pain every now and then. How long on average does it take to start moving again? Its been 4 days now..
I have talked to my doctor I just want to know what you all think.
The pain was and is still in my back.. does that necesarilly mean I did not pass it yet? Will it always hurt in your uretha area when its almost done passing?
Is it possible to not feel a stone come out?

I felt a stone moving down my uterer (from my kidney to my bladder).
I have not had my strainer… is it possibly to have one come out without feeling it?
Hey guys, I’m 24 years old. A few months ago I had an ultrasound and they discovered kidney stones. I’ve been having some mild pain in my back and sides and gross blood in my urine recently that comes and goes and microscopic blood that is always there according to the lab tests. There is no infection. I was wondering if kidney stones can cause problems even when you’re not passing them. Can they create symptoms just by sitting in your kidney or by them maybe moving around a bit inside the kidney? I’ve seen a few different docs about this now. All the docs say I’m too young for cancer and that the symptoms would only be in advanced disease which would be impossible cuz I had the ultrasound a few months ago. Thanks guys
my question is if they can cause symptoms by being in your kidney or moving around in your kidney.. nowhere else. that’s all i want to know. thanks
i think my kidney stone is moving away from its place and from last week i feel a little pain in my ureter . how can i easily get rid of it ?
