My dog is a 9 year old Pug and weighs 21 lbs. We just took him to the Vet and we found out he has a few kidney stones. The surgery is ,000 and we can not afford it right now.
Any home remedies or supplements I could give to him would be very helpful.
Thank you so much.
Yeah, I can take care of my dog quite well actually. Which is why i’m trying to do this for him. I’d much rather keep him & take care of him instead of having no money for him or my family. But thanks for your opinion.
he is 51 years old, somewhat overweight, and about 6’3.
someone brought up kidney stones.. how do you get those? how can you get rid of them.
and before anyone says "he should see a doctor"
no shit..we dont have the money… im trying to see if theres anything i can do from home, like have him drink water, or no salts or sugars..
My son, now 4, was 3 1/2 when diagnosed with a rare form of childhood cancer called a Wilms Tumor (kidney tumor). While there is money being put toward it’s research more needs to be added. Stages 4 and 5 of this type of cancer can be very hard to fight. New drugs need to be developed for these more aggressive cases. Also, the survival rate, if you relapse, is not what it should be. Longterm survival rates, with no relapse, can be very good. I believe that more attention needs to be given to all forms of childhood cancer, not just leukemia.
For the record, my son is nearly 6 months off treatment and so far is doing just fine! His next check up is at the end of July.
The 18th annual Kidney Klassic, sponsored by the Kidney Foundation of Northwest Ohio, was held Thursday at the Stone Oak Country Club in Holland. The annual event helps raise funding for those fighting the disease. The money raised stays with the kidney foundation.
I was wondering – dialysis treatment costs a lot, some pple cant even afford it. Is there a reason why its so expensive? I mean its not like the patients themselves ask god for that sickness (like you wanna go for a cruise, its something u WANT, so u pay for it). in reality if u dont have the money, u die.
I thought the dialysis uses only a machine to ‘clean’ the blood rite. so u pay for the power supply only rite? or am i wrong?
anyone knows how this treatment works? or why its so ex? i dont have kidney failure or anything. just curious.
