Hey everyone, I made a previous question that was like this but I didn’t know how to work it so I just deleted it ._. but anyways (lol) like I said I’m 12 years old, I weigh 145 and my height is 5 and 1. I need to lose weight the old fashion way. Eat healthy and exercise. It’s been 8 days I have been doing my diet thing and I didn’t lose weight whats so ever. I usually eat baloney with ketch up and lettuce with white toast bread. With some crackers and water for lunch (I pack my lunch when I go to school because the food there is unhealthy and fat). Than when I go some I eat something healthy and exercise and if I get hungry I guess I’ll eat an orange. That’s my little routine. I haven’t lost weight and I’m really frustrated because my physical is in may and I get really nervous and embarrassed because I know I might be overweight.. I am not proud of that either, That’s why I’m doing this.. I want to have a flat stomach and I want to be fit like all the other girls. I’m going to my country in may and I want to look fit because people in my country are very fit. And at the same time I have my physical!! so much pressure D: Ive always deny that I have a little gut But when I look in the mirror I know I need a little improvement. I am going to try to weigh 110. Because I’m guessing that’s how I should weigh, But I’m not sure so please help me out. I need DETAILS.. On how much I should weigh for a 12 year old that’s height is 5 and 1/2. I will give something in return if your answer makes improvement. Also I don’t want to end up deleting this question either (lol) so can anyone tell me also how to reply to others answers so I can correct them on what I can and can’t do or thank them for their advice O.o? lol. I’d appreciate if you guys helped me. Sadly in the end it’s up to me. I really am committed to this. No chips, pizza, hamburger, and all those fat food. I’m probably gonna start eating whole wheat. My mom she has diabetes and she made improvement she lost weight by dieting eating low fat and whole wheat. She even exercised but she has a kidney stone later on so she had to stop. She got surgery so maybe she can exercise now because she doesn’t have a kidney stone in her system. My dad he lost lots of weight to, he doesn’t eat a lot and he exercises and I saw improvement in him to! my sister used to be chubby when she was my age but she did something about it, she made her own exercise and schedule and didn’t eat a lot.. She weighs like 7 or 10 pounds less than me and she’s 15. I don’t like that at all. It makes me feel super huge. I have the following exercises : Pilotes, Kick Boxing, Yoga, Ballet, Boot Camp, (Some more but don’t remember) those take 10 minutes and the 30 minute walk which is like you basically doing a 2 mile walk right in your living room! that helped my sister lose weight as well and that’s what my mom and dad used when they were dieting. Please give me good ideas on how to lose weight. I promise you and guarantee you I will reward you. <333
