When a person has severe kidney stones attacks – and the attacks are over and stopped .. does the person still feel sick after the attacks ?

Does the attacks cause any ill feelings ?

Does the person have to heal after having attacks? … if so – does it take a long time to heal ?

I’ve had several severe kidney stone attacks. After the attacks & pain are over – I still feel weird feelings in the path those stones traveled – and a overall sick feeling .. and it’s been about one month an a-half now.

My mom is in the hospital right now and i feel uncomfortable about whats going to happen. She has had them for quite some time. She always complains about then. This is not the first time going to the hospital because of kidney stones. My mom also can’t eat meat because of acid reflex.

am not sure what caused it but my lower right back is killing me. It really hurts to sit for a long time, run, jump, or swing (baseball.) It hurts when I am not evening doing anything else too. I have iced and used heat does not seem to help. The only time it does not hurt alot is when a take advil. Anyone have any ideas how to stretch it? or what it might be? Also could this be a sign for Kidney Stones? I am only 15 and I do have slight scolocious but the doctor said nothing to worry about. I guess I do have a high sodium and calcium diet.

I have two kidney stones left to go.I painfully passed one at home and thought I would die.My dr. is trying to get an appointment with a urologist to remove them.I am wondering if there is something I can do or take to get rid of them safely because it is taking a long time to get an appt.with a specialist.thanks everyone.

i am 18 years old, i found out today that i have 2 kidney stones and i was wondering how did i get them? does it take a long time for it to come out? what is the fastest way to get rid of them other than meds? i also have crohn’s disease does that have to do anything with getting kidney stones? i should have asked the doctor but they gave me morphen because i was haveing extreme pain and i wasnt thinking about it. and please provide any other information that might help
and why do the doctors want the stones?
