am not sure what caused it but my lower right back is killing me. It really hurts to sit for a long time, run, jump, or swing (baseball.) It hurts when I am not evening doing anything else too. I have iced and used heat does not seem to help. The only time it does not hurt alot is when a take advil. Anyone have any ideas how to stretch it? or what it might be? Also could this be a sign for Kidney Stones? I am only 15 and I do have slight scolocious but the doctor said nothing to worry about. I guess I do have a high sodium and calcium diet.

I was diagnosed with kindney stones a few weeks back and I have been drinking plenty of water since then.
The issue is, now I get a non-stop feeling to pee. It is more likely a mild pain in my penis. I reduced the amount of water I consume, but the mild pain (or a feeling to want to pass urine) is always there.
Has anyone had the similar experience. Is it common to have this along with the kidney stones. I dont want to feel like peeing 24 hours (except for the time I sleep).
Is it something abnormal. If so what is the remedy.

I felt no pain when i woke up. I was perfectly fine. My back didn’t hurt at all. It was only at 2:00 (a few hours after i woke up) when i realized that my stomach was feeling a bit funny.. I burped back very sour vomit or something and so I thought I was just having sour stomach or heartburn. I took a pill to relief the pain. An hour later I realized it didn’t do anything.. In fact now I was begining to feel a bit of pain in my lower abdominal close to my groin. It was very obvious but mild. It wasn’t untill one more hour or later or so when hell broke lose. The pain got 10 times worse and every moment only made it worse. I had nothing else to do for 2-3 hours then to think about how severe the pain was. I thought it wasn’t ever going to stop untill i passed out or something. But I didn’t. I got up to the medicine cabnit and took 3 tylenos. I immdeitaly threw up after that. In about 30 minutes later I began to notice the intenese pain fading. It helped to bend down and touch the floor. Doing this I felt no more pain whats so ever. Now Being 4-6 hours prior, their still is a bit of pain when I stand or make any sudden movements like sneezing or coughing.. but it quickly goes away and it is NOTHING compared to how bad it was.

I want to be sure that this is Kindney Stones.. Could it also be Gall Bladder?.. because my mom had surgery for is 2 years ago.

I don’t know if my age has anything to do with it but i’m only 14.
And I forgot to add that im positive that it has nothing do with menstral cramps.

Thanks.
