Lately in the last couple days..

after eating dairy products I have been ( i think) mistaking indigestion for kidney stones. I dont know

I have been have what started out as intense back pain on the left side and just radiated into my entire stomach. Some nausea. I have not been able to get any relief.

I feel like I have to pee, like my bladder is full but when i go to pee, nothing comes out, just very little, so frustrating.. what is wrong, with me.

That happened yesterday and again today.

Twice and only after eating cake.

It’s painful too just stays with me off and on. I cant get rid of it.

What is happening to me?

How much are we spending on healthcare to treat diet-caused illnesses?

From the book Eat To Live by Joel Furhmen, MD:

.."People are completely unaware that most illnesses are self-induced and can be reversed with aggressive nutritional methods. …The medical-pharmaceutical business has encouraged people to believe that health problems are hereditary and that we need to swallow poisons to defeat our genes. This is almost always untrue.

"…My clinical experience over the past ten years has shown me that almost all the major illnesses that plaque Americans are reversible with aggressive nutritional changes designed to undo the damage caused by years of eating a disease-causing diet. ….These conditions…can be effectively prevented or treated through superior nutrition. As their medical problems gradually melt away, patients can be slowly weaned off the medications they have been prescribed."

"Dietary-Caused Illnesses with High Prevalence":

–acne
–appendicitis
–atherosclerosis
–diabetes (adult)
–fibromyalgia
–gout
–high blood pressure
–irritable bowel syndrome
–macular degeneration
–sexual dysfunction
–allergies
–asthma
–constipation
–diverticulosis
–gallstones
–headaches
–hypoglemic symptoms
kidney stones
–musculoskelatal pain
–stroke
–angina
–arthritis
–colonic polyps
–esophagitis
–gastritis
–indigestion
–lumbar spine syndromes
–osteoperosis
–uterine fibroids

"Not only are common disorders such as asthma associated with increased body weight and our disease-causing diet, but in my experience these diseases are also curable with superior nutrition in the majority of cases. Asthma is an exampleof a disease considered irreversable that I watch resolve regularly. My patients routinely make complete and *predictable* recovery from these illnesses, predominantly through aggressive dietary changes. …Diseases that are considered irreversible I see reversed on a daily basis."

When I was in school we had a certain amount of bathroom passes in our school handbook. Only about 25 passes. The teachers did not always have to grant them or you would have to solve a tough algebra equation before you could go urinate even though all you could think about was relieving yourself. Once you used up those passes a student would have to spend .00 to purchase another handbook to use the restroom therefore the school made money off the students’ natural bodily functions.

I work at a grocery store and I was about an hour into my shift when I went to urinate and before I entered the bathroom door they paged me up to the front end in an angry tone. I use the restroom about three times during an 8 hour shift usually taking no more than 5 minutes. I always do my job. I don’t slack off. I used the restroom and went back to working. The boss lady got up in my face and demanded my whereabouts. She told me if I ever leave the front end again I better tell someone I am going to the restroom but it implied that they could deny my restroom use if they decided it was too busy on the front end. They get mad at cashiers too for having to use the restroom. What if a woman is on her period? Due to my overactive bladder and side of effects of my medications I need to use the restroom as needed. One of my medications has caffiene in it. I have indigestion and heartburn at times. Some meds have side effects of difficulty urinating, diarrhea, constipation, upset stomach, etc. I was on medication for overactive bladder but the doctor took me off of it because it was causing faintness. I also have history of having a kidney stone. I have no choice now but to get my doctor to write an excuse. Do they have to honor this doctor’s excuse? Could I lose my job over this or using the restroom? Working in the food business it is good to keep good hygiene and sanitation and wash your hands often. This is encouraged and this is another reason an employee would have to quickly use the restroom.
