What herbal remedies are good to take to deal with kidney stones while you still have them, and what might be a good life-long remedy to prevent future occurrences?
I have one little guy (2mm) in my right ureter which I am waiting to pass. I’m drinking as much as possible, but if there are any herbal remedies that might assist with pain, passage or dissolution, I’d love to hear about it.
And since I never want another, I’d like to learn about natural remedies for prevention – something I can do for the rest of my life.
I’ve done some research already and have found some suggestions, but nothing consistent.
