had a uti, was on antibiotics for 7 days!!! Got low dull back pain on either side and feel extremely light headed and lethargic, the pain not too bad but it is hurting……
If it has gone into kidneys what would be the treatment with me all ready having been on 500mg cefradine 4 times a day for 7 days.
