Can Kidney Stones Pass, If you have Marina as birth control?

Of course gall stones weren’t enough, two days ago i developed Kidney Stones… and i thought…. i have Marina as birth control… will it get in the way or is it not even close? HELP this Pain isn’t Pleasant.
