Some people have said that there are none….I don’t understand how though…My brother cut out soda and the not so healthy stuff out of his diet and I noticed within a couple of weeks that his skin cleared up and he lost weight. And not only that…His friend pretty much did the same not too long ago and dropped A LOT of weight and…has prettier skin then me . And that’s not fair cause I’m a chick.
And also, if you don’t drink any water won’t you get kidney stones…or a kidney infection…or something?

I’ve found online that most research has proved that drinking MORE milk helps with kidney stone prevention. But every time I drink more than a tiny glass of milk every few days, I get kidney stones. this has been going on for 3 years, and no doctor has an answer for me, because its not common for my age (i’m 21yrs old) and that there just isn’t much information on kidney stones in general, so they say. I was planning on completely changing my diet, ( i don’t eat horrible as it is, a rare cookie, a little ice cream every few weeks) other wise i just live off of water, and small snacks all day, meat for dinner usually, and salads. I recently had to go to the ER for kidney stone pain (I have had 2 8oz glasses of milk every day for slimfast for the past 4 weeks. no prior pain before i started that). Does any one know of a support group online, that’s resourceful with people who have gone through similar problems? I am having no luck! best answer of course gets the points! thank you for your help!

Can it only pass through urine? My boyfriend got a stone and was in a lot of pain. We had intercourse and then the pain vanished. Is it just luck that he doesn’t hurt anymore, or could the stone have passed through sex?
