how to cure low oenophile in blood and diet?

my father is taking pill for his kidney stone in the name of celestone for about 30 years..one month back he stopped that..now he is having oedema in his legs and having fever also..then he went for all tests..now the results are like low amount of esonophile in blood avg 6.5..could u please tell me how to cure this problem throught diet???that could very usefull for me….thanks you so much if u replay for my questions…
