Does anyone know the best way to get rid of a kidney stone at home?
I have had this stone since Christmas Eve, I am going to lose my mind! I do not have insurance, and I have way to many medical bills from the last 11 stones that I have had. I have never had one stay this long!

change your diet – drink a shitload of water every day, good, claen , filtered water. no soda, coffe, tea, easy on the sugars, legumes and lightly or not sweet fruits. water mostly, at least a gallon a day
quit the vitamins too and any other pills you might be taking
lots of cranberry juice and water. go to the clinic. they are free. good luck i hope you feel better soon
PLAN A TRIP TO EUROPE,ENTER A HOSPITAL-DECLARE PAIN- HAVE THE TREATMENT FOR A MUCH SMALLER COST. OR DRINK LOADS OF WATER SO THE BODY WILL REJECT IT.
I’m not a doctor but my niece just had the same situation as you and we got out our alternative health books. It says to drink a LOT of water and to dislodge stones run vigorously up and down some stairs. Also drink lots of fresh lemon in water to help with the pain. You can also check out Webmd.com for some helpful information but you probably know all that if you’ve been suffering 11 stones. You poor baby! My thoughts and healing wishes are with you.
