So far I have been satisfied with my progress with Cialis. I think it will do the trick. You should really go see a Urologist, he will really help you find a solution and put your mind at ease. Ask him if Cialis is a good plan for you. Try to work out daily too - it will improve your circulation and increase testosterone levels. Apparently it's working for him, as my wife (his daughter) said she found a bottle 5 months ago or so, and the date on the bottle I found was just last month. So obviously, if he is getting a refill, it must be working. I feel for you, as that would be a hard problem to have, but I suppose anything is worth a try.
