I am a 23 year old female. To get the premium rate for life insurance I had to have a blood and urine test. I was approved for the life insurance, but when I got my medical results back, my blood creatinine level was almost twice the upper limit of the acceptable range (the upper limit of the range was 260 and my level was 460). My grandmother has had several operations on her kidneys due to high numbers of kidney stones, and ever since I got a UTI last May (which according to urinalysis is no longer present) at night it seems like water goes right through me. I take a SIP of water with my birth control at 10pm, and unless I fall asleep quickly, I have to get up to pee a small amount 3-6 times. During the day I urinate at normal intervals.

Additionally, it seems like I have been more tired for the past year than previously in my life. I can easily sleep 14 hours and still go to bed on time that night with ease.

All of these things could be separate, or my imagination, or caused by something else, but I scheduled an appointment with my primary on Friday to discuss and see if further evaluation is needed.

Any experiences similar to mine?
