Benfotamin, a fat soluable form of vitamin B1 might help.
It has been shown in clinical trails to improve kidney function. Improve your over all health by limiting your carboydrate intake to only 72 grams a day. Life Without Bread explains why this improves your health.

    Good luck.

I don’t know how the hospital determined the E.Coli came from
bad meat…..E.Coli can come from many many different sources.
E.Coli is commonly found in feces contamination…
Recreational beaches are often closed because of feces (E.Coli)
As far as what you do now…
    Not much you can do…
    Live as best you can…

What country do you live in? Change your doctor, or go to another country doctor, I once lived in a developping country, and they could manage in an excellent way, with lazer therapy, breaking the stones with lazer rays. The bigger stones were reduced to sand, and removed out of the kidneys without real surgery. If I were you, I would not believe what they try to convince you.
