How does a kidney stone form…?

Just wondering, don’t worry, i don’t have a kidney stone.

    well I’m glad to hear you don’t have kidney stones. unfortunately, I do. but I guess that makes me a candidate to answer your question. there are several types of kidney stones which are all caused by a buildup of minerals in your kidneys that you are unable to pass through urination either because of a urinary tract problem or there is just simply too much of it. as these minerals sit in your kidneys they buildup and become a stone. the two most common types are from calcium or protein. these stones can vary in shapes and sizes but are very painful to pass when the time comes. however some people need to seek medical attention to help gem remove their stone.
