went 2 er last night. Dr. said I had a kidney stone that had went from the tube, to bladder. How will, or will?

I know when I pass it. Or could i have already passed it and not know it? He said it was between 4 and 5 mm. Help! The pain is gone, but where is the stone?

You may have already passed it if the pain is gone. Did he give you a cup to try to catch your urine in it? I was actually hospitalized with a kidney stone back in 2007, and I had to use a cup to "catch" my urine. These stones are often VERY tiny and very hard to miss. Most of the time, they look like a small piece of gravel. More than likely you won’t feel it as it passes.

If its in your bladder, you haven’t passed it yet. The pain will come back when it starts to move through your urethra (tube that urine comes out of) and out of your body.

Between 4 and 5? You will know when you pass it. That is pretty big. My bother passed a 7mm recently with a tube installed and it "kerplunked" pretty obvious.

I work with 3 and 4mm screwdrivers on a daily basis and something that width would be painful! It would be about the size of a BB or a little larger.
