I'm eating healthy but feel like crap?
For most of my life I’ve eaten mostly junk food but I never really felt bad nor did I ever get sick or have any health problems. When I stopped that, lost weight, and ate only healthy food I’ve been having constant problems and getting sick. I’ve gotten several colds since I’ve stopped where before I haven’t had a single cold in ten years. I’ve lost weight but I feel more tired and crappy then I did when I ate only junk food. I’m now getting kidney stones and UTI’s as well as lower and upper back pain and arm and chest pains ever since I started eating healthy. What the hell is wrong with me!?!? I get 8 hours of sleep a night and I get just about everything I need from my diet and anything I don’t get I take a vitamin for. I’m so frustrated and confused.
I eat mostly fruits and vegetables, rice and fish and things like that.

Seems you might be eating something you’re allergic/intolerant to. I suggest you go get some blood work, get tests done on food allergies/intolerances. You taking in enough calories a day? http://www.fitday.com tally up daily activities. That’s how much your burn in a day. If you don’t eat around that much you will feel tired/burnt out.
I bet when you were eating all that junk food. It was just enough to meet your daily calorie needs. Not in a good way, yet it was enough energy consumed to fuel you properly. I suggest keep eating healthy, but maybe up the calories with some good fats like raw nuts (almonds are great). Light tasting olive oil, avocados are great also
You should be taking a good amount of complex carbs in the morning and around any physical activities. Hope I helped
Define healthy food.Apples are "healthy"burgers and fries are not(so they say),ok you get locked in a cell for a year with only apples and water,I have 2 big macs and water per day,you will be dead within the year.I will be healthy.
honestly it sounds like your under stress.. which would explain the decreased ability to fight off colds.. feeling like crap… kidney stones..
Perhaps you are under eating. Concentrate on quality of food and don’t under cut the quantity. Eating healthy does not mean that you have to starve yourself. Make sure you are eating a wide variety of healthy foods. It may also help to try eating 5 or 6 smaller meals a day rather than 3 larger meals. I find that doing this helps my energy levels stay more stable throughout the day.
