ya i just recently had gotten a kidney stone and i tried to masturbate it out also, but no semen came out is this normal or should i be worried?

It aint coming out until it’s ready to come out – you can forget trying to ‘coax’ it out. Only worry if the pain becomes unbearable & you need to go to the hospital for relief.
You can’t masterbate(ejaculate) kidney stones out wtf
I think it should only affect your ejaculate if you are on some of the drugs for stones because my understanding is that the drugs tend to loosen up your urinary track. That would prevent the ejaculate from shooting out with the usual strength that you’re used to.
I suggest you to go to doctor thats a medical problem I can’t help you.
I think it is not due to kidney stone but because of the other problem. You should consult sexologist for that for exact diagnosis .
