Beer is a diuretic.
Diuretics are liquids that actually REMOVE more water from your system than produce. Essentially, you dehydrate yourself by ingesting these type of drinks.
Diuretics consist of the following drinks:
tea
coffee
sodas
wine
beer
liquor
And there may be others that I missed.
What is suggested is that you drink plenty of water, to assist your bladder and kidneys into processing the waste in your body without undue stress. In addition to water, cranberry drinks are excellent for bladder infections (and help the kidneys in a smaller way), water with electrolytes is good (some energy drinks)…electrolytes help your cells process the water intake better). I don’t know of milk or other fruit juices like orange juice/lemonade and such. They are probably on the "good" list of drinks.
In any case, a good rule of thumb for knowing how much liquid to take in do this:
Take your weight
Divide that number in half
= Equals the number of ounces you should consume of water per day.
Example:
You weigh 150 pounds
half is 75
so drink 75 ounces of water per day should work well (that is about 10 8-ounce cups).
So, as much as a cold beer really goes down good on a hot summer day, it is the exact WRONG drink to consume, because it is removing more liquid from you than necessary, and you put your body and kidneys to higher levels of stress.
Stick with some form of water that tastes good to you and keeps you propery hydrated (iced with a lemon slice sounds good to me now! LOL )

One cause of kidney stones is by not drinking enough water to wash all the crystals out. Drinking beer will de-hydrate a person even more. So I would say the answer is yes. Pops
Yes guys, beer increase the possibilities of the kidney stone problem. So it’s dangerous for your body. So please remove your habits
