I had blood too, but never passed any stones. you should probably go to the Dr's just to make sure. I heard stones are excruciating & I know a guy that has them & every time one moves he pukes from the pain!! If you drink lots of pop & caffeine it can cause kidney stones & bladder infections. I am 22 as well, and had them when I was 21. My mother had them when she was 16, and it could be genetic. It could also be a bladder infection, kidney infection, UTI or ovarian cysts. The only way to be sure is so go to the doctor and get it checked out. I know that's probably not the answer you want to hear, but it's true.
