ive got kidney/lower back pain, vomiting, thirst, and dizziness?
i went to sleep with just the kidney pain and thirst. so i drank lot of liquid, went to sleep, woke up about 6 different times to vomit. now ive got the thirst and the kidney pain still.
any ideas??
the pain isnt kidney stone pain, nowhere near that excruciatating. just if i stand up straight its pretty uncomfortable

go to a er rite now but if u think its nots so bad just make an appointment it mite b du by something part of the digestive system

I would say get to the doctor either way.
Could be a ruptured or blocked body part
that sounds distinctly like Diabetes to me… but to be safe darlin you should go to your doctor.
When I had those same symptoms, I ended up go to emergency room. It turned out to be a kidney stone.
It was moving around in my kidney causing pain. I never passed it, but after the treatment in emergency, I got better.
Later had to visit a doctor for xrays and suggestions.

its a clear case of food poisning or
dirty water drinking
drink a clean water from fealtering
and heat the water too then drink it
