how much water should i drink a day?
I drink a pre-post work out protein shake. Im on a Very Low carb and high protein diet.
i Dont want water weight or kidney stones…. i Drink around 2.5 liters a day

they say that about 8 glasses(250mL) of water a day should do it.
That’s good enough. Dietitians recommend anything between 2 – 3 litres.
