I’m not exactly sure why but I found that EDTA works well for me in getting rid of kidney stones… that is when I know I have a stone.

I once had a family member who had kidney stones removed due to complications.

I wish I read this earlier.

One question though, are these steps to removing kidney stones naturally , or is Number 2 sufficient?

My advice is to drink water as much as you can avoiding other kind of beverages. That in addition to a regular fitness program and a healthy meal can be really helpful.

My uncle had kidney stones and he drank a lot of grapefruit juice to get rid of them. It was horrible though, really bitter because it was unsweetened. I couldn’t do it, I’d go for the lemonade.

I noticed this acute pain coming in ways around my lower back area about two days ago, I hope its not kidney stones, I’ve heard a lot of horror stories of how painful they can get and how more painful it is to pee them out…I will try your book and review it after reading.
